We pride ourselves in offering the very best experience possible to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product to receive a refund.

Purchases made using Gift Cards as well as orders marked as gifts will be refunded as gift certificate.

Final sales items cannot be refunded. 

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging.

Need to return an item? Please send your information (Customer Name, Order Number, Item(s), Reason for return) to returns@sweetaraonline.com. You will be provided with the appropriate return address once your return is received. Please note that you may be liable for the shipping costs incurred for the return of the Parcel. Sweet Ara will not be held liable in case of loss of one or more items during the return of the Parcel. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
