Sweetara.com is based in the United States. However, we work with designers and artisans across the world to source the best jewelry pieces at reasonable prices.
This results in all our orders being shipped to you from our fulfillment centers located all across the world: United States, France, United Kingdom, Thailand, China, South Africa. In addition, if your order include multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind.
Since your products may be coming from so far away, they often take 2-3 weeks to arrive, especially around holidays. Even though this is out of our control, we work tirelessly to minimize shipping time, and your products will arrive a lot quicker than we anticipated most of the times.
Since we are able to fulfill from multiple centers, it also allows us to ship to most can countries worldwide. This does mean we ship worldwide, so you can shop with us wherever you are. Here is the list of countries where we currently ship to:

* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.
